Our annual remembrance service returns on Monday 1 December and is open to everyone who would like to join us and remember the lives of cherished loved ones who will not be with us this festive season.
The service combines a mix of carols, readings and performances that will celebrate the lives of loved ones and offers you a space to remember and reflect. The short services will be followed by refreshments which we welcome everyone to enjoy.
Everyone is welcome at Light up a Life, regardless of whether you have received support from the hospice or not.
